This page is dedicated to the poor, neglected "B" sides of all these 45s I have. Let's listen to 'em together...
The very nature of the tracks we put up here is that they are obscure, and are transferred from my original scratched-up vinyl records to the computer. They may never be re-issued on a CD. If they are, you should buy them... they'll sure sound a whole lot better!
Be nice.Previous Posts

Sad, but from what I understand the latter years of his life were a sad, incarcerated loss. W.
Huey Meaux was released, after spending twelve years in prison, in 2009. He was then placed on parole and forced to wear an ankle monitor. He was anything but sad, and remained his own inimitable self, living quietly outside of Houston in the small town of Winnie, Texas. He was looking forward to coming off of parole, and getting back into the music business this Spring. When the monitor was finally removed just prior to his 82nd birthday on March 10th, he was confined to a sick bed. He would never recover...
thanks for sharing that, Red!
