About Me
IN VINYL VERITAS
This page is dedicated to the poor, neglected "B" sides of all these 45s I have. Let's listen to 'em together...
The very nature of the tracks we put up here is that they are obscure, and are transferred from my original scratched-up vinyl records to the computer. They may never be re-issued on a CD. If they are, you should buy them... they'll sure sound a whole lot better!
Be nice.Previous Posts

I already have this track, but I couldn't help but commenting on it. Otis Clay is a fantastic vocalist, and if ever an artist has been underrated/neglected, it was him.
I love this song of his very much.
Oh, I hate to say this, but....ditto! Killer record, never get tired of it.
What a great track! Actually all these Hi tracks are great....I just bought Johnny Robinson's Memphis Hi which is another nice Hi/Willie Mitchell session (even though Johnny apparently was living in Brooklyn when he cut the lp). Great blog, Red. Thanks!
Otis is so relaxed and delivers one of his finest sessions. Many thanks.
